Into Yellowstone… and straight into the chaos. We officially entered Yellowstone National Park, but quickly realised only the north road was open this time of year. Still, we made the most of it—driving through incredible scenery, spotting wildlife, and taking in our first proper taste of the park. We pushed all the way out to Cooke City, but between the snow, rain, and freezing conditions, camping wasn’t looking like an option… at all. So, we turned around and headed back toward Gardiner—the small town just outside the park—and called it. Hotel room, warm showers, and a reset after a wild day.
