To prevent attacks to the head, it is important to dodge rather than guard. ✅ Disrupting the Opponent's Balance with an Attack to the Legs (1 point) 1 point is awarded for attacking the opponent's legs and temporarily disrupting their balance. ✅ 360° Rotation and Head Hit (3 points) You earn 3 points by rotating 360° and then hitting your opponent's head with a full swing. ✅ Destroying the Pillow (3 points) You earn 3 points if the pillow itself is damaged during an attack on your opponent during the match. *Damage to the handle (strap) is not counted. ✅ Knockdown (5 points) You earn 5 points if your opponent falls down due to a pillow attack.
