This Instant Pot Lentil Soup Recipe Vegan Style is just perfect for starting out in your Instant Pot. It's budget friendly too and you might even have all the ingredients in your pantry already! I've created this video to help you get started and become more confident in using your Instant Pot, while also ending up with a lovely pot of warming tomato and lentil soup - and have a little bit of space to put your feet up too! This soup is vegan, uses very cheap ingredients and is freezer friendly - you might want to double up your next batch !
