🌸 COOK WITH ME: EASTER BREAD 🌸 Today we're making a homemade Easter bread, fluffy and delicious 🤍 I'll show you the step-by-step process and some tips to make it perfect. ✨ INGREDIENTS – EASTER BREAD • 25 g fresh yeast • 70 ml water • 500 g all-purpose flour • 1/2 tsp sugar • 100 g butter • 100 g powdered sugar • 1/2 tsp salt • 3 eggs • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • Zest of 1 orange • Zest of 1 lemon • Pastry cream • 2 tbsp granulated sugar • 1 tsp of water And I added a few drops of orange blossom water ✨ INGREDIENTS – PASTRY CREAM • 250 ml whole milk • 90 g sugar • 1 vanilla bean • Lemon or orange zest (optional) • 2 egg yolks • 20 g cornstarch (Maizena) 📌 RECIPES The recipe for the ring-shaped cake is based on Paulina Cocina's recipe.
