That’s when I randomly found a billiard hall. At first, I thought it was just a normal place… but it turned out to be something very different. They actually had “billiard assistants” — something you don’t really see in Korea. With a discount coupon, I got to play on a high-end table with a beautiful assistant for about $15–20 for an hour. I’ve been playing billiards since high school, so I went in pretty confident. But… how did it turn out?
