For this new episode of “On the Ground,” we went to Bobst to meet Virgile. Virgile was in vocational training but didn't want to go to a traditional high school. Wanting to work and gain practical experience, he completed several internships in different fields. He ultimately chose industrial design draftsmanship for its technical and intellectual aspects. Bobst places particular importance on vocational training, with an entire building dedicated to it, staffed by professionals. Virgile is proof that the Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) is a career choice and can lead to fulfillment.
