It’s one of the best hotels at Heathrow in my opinion! From the airport, I took a shuttle bus the hotel, where the the staff helped me to check in. Staff were very friendly and things all went fast. I was upgraded to a lovely room , with a view of the airport. Breakfast - The breakfast buffet, was very good, with plenty of options.
