SEAD mission (Falcon 3.0)

Flying a planned SEAD (more like a DEAD type) mission against Dakweh NDB. I ended up taking a 4-ship flight because a stronger A-A element was needed. The pre-planned sidemission-attack on Anjar Pass was abandoned to avoid splitting our forces. I wanted to stay close to the allied flight for a better chance of survivability. I was sure there would be targets for my heavy MK-83 payload at Dakweh NDB too. Notes: The RWR "3" squares are not SA-3s, but Shilkas in my opinion. SA-6s (KUBs) are marked as "1" squares, and their missiles appear as small squares on RWR. They cooperate on the elite difficulty level, meaning they can guide missiles from a different direction. They are smart—they just blink their radar to get a lock, turn it off, and guide the missile at the last possible moment to narrow your reaction window. Since they don’t use dedicated radar vehicles here, they act more like independent BUK Telars (SA-11) in Falcon 3.0. I was trying to stay inside their minimum range to take them out one by one—that's why I prefer the Shrike/Maverick combo over the HARM/Shrike combo against elite opponents (I can lock them with Mavericks even when their radar is off). However, at close range, there are also Shilkas, ZU-57s, and MANPADS. Layered air defense is dangerous, especially with enemy air cover in this case... but I managed to drop my MK-83s on the central radar, although not during the first pass as intended. Once my systems were damaged, I tried to strafe one "SA-6 BUK" with the cannon, as I've seen the crew jump out of damaged vehicles before, but it probably had no effect this time. I lost my flaps and other "goodies," so landing the damaged plane was a nightmare—and to make matters worse, my keyboard rudder control stopped working while leaking fuel and time to land were rapidly running out.
