Unable to study and lacking money, he enrolled in a design vocational school simply because he could get in with just an interview and the brochure looked cool. Inspired by his mentor's teachings, and driven by a desire to cultivate human potential, even before graduating from design school, he impulsively applied for a job at "Teppen," a pub specializing in human resource development that was the talk of the industry at the time, without any prior experience in the food and beverage industry or even an interview appointment. After various events, he worked there for six and a half years. He became a store manager in three years despite having no industry experience. The following year, he took charge of the training division. After retiring in 2016, I joined Prosemi Co., Ltd., a company specializing in lectures and seminars. There, I am responsible for designing and managing the business models for the Human Potential University (where Keisuke Oshima and Yoshito Kamogashira serve as chairpersons and principals) and the Pre-Celebration Instructor Training Course. Having experienced my father's business failure and relationship problems as a child, and being unable to support him, I am committed to supporting those struggling with business and relationships, just as my father did.
