Rustige swing...toch veel snelheid? Zo doe je dat

A question I often get online, but also during my lessons, is "Bas, how can you make such a smooth swing and still hit that ball far?" And unfortunately, that's a harder question to answer than you might think. It depends on many factors. The tricky part is that you have to let many of the necessary components happen. You can't force them. And in this video, I'll explain which components and forces you need to make a smooth/powerful/efficient swing.
