Sherlock Holmes - The Final Problem (1986)
Well, there are a lot of Holmesian clips with Jeremy Brett as the Great Detective up here already. But here it's the famous scene where he meets The Napoleon of Crime, Professor Moriarty - played by the brilliant Eric Porter, who can't be bettered in the part. The dialogue is, in large portions, taken directly from the short story by Conan Doyle, in which he tried to get rid of Holmes' shadow. Here you see Sidney Paget's drawing of Moriarty - and one reason why Porter was such an inspired casting: http://content.answers.com/main/conte... Call this my first "Napoleons of Crime" contribution. ;)
