Driving the Cassiar Highway to Alaska + Our Tips
Driving the incredible 450 mile long Cassiar Highway to Alaska! On this highway we saw gorgeous scenery, and lots of bears!!! We had the most bear sightings on this highway than anywhere else on our trip. Especially around the Bell 2 area. It was awesome going from not having seen any bears in your life to seeing so many in one day! As we travel north, we notice the day getting longer and the sun setting later. And we get a stunning 10:30 pm sunset. Absolutely on fire! We also comment on the actual condition of the road that is the Cassiar Highway and provide valuable tips if you are planning on traveling this highway to Alaska.
