Restoring The Craftsman Jointer - Part 1 - Cleanup and Maintenance

Today, we check out the Craftsman jointer that I acquired almost 2 years ago to the day. This is PART 1 where I start to clean it up. I'll use a grinder/wire wheel to remove paint and debris from the machine. I also spray the base with a coat of primer, along with general cleaning, maintenance, minor electrical repair, and respect. This is not an "instructional" video. It's more of a chill out and watch and old machine get cared for and enjoy the fact that cleaning up old tools & stuff can be cathartic and satisfying kinda video.
