Equation of Tangent to circle can be found by using two methods. 1) By using Equation of Tangent 2)By using Point slope formula But in this video we have discussed only one method and second method will be discussed in next. By Using Equation of Tangent: For finding equation of tangent you just need to use standard equation of tangent to circle i.e xx1+yy1+g(x+x1) +f(y+y1)+c=0. Step 1: Find unknown that is required in equation of tangent. x1 and y1 are the point of tangent to circle.That will be given in question.While g , f and c are unknown.
