It's a 2016 Menu No.22, Asian Beef Strips with Vegetables. This was the first time I'd had the opportunity to try this one, and it turned out to be very good! If I had to complain about anything it would probably be that there really isn't a lot to eat in this one. If you combine the entree and side and also put both spreads on the Wheat Snack Bread, that's really all there is to eat. Then you're left with two beverages and some Life Savers. Also, this MRE was introduced in 2012. The last MRE I reviewed was a Beef Teriyaki one from 2001. Those were produced between 2001 and 2004. Looking at how this one is presented, how it tastes and what the ingredients are, I'm pretty sure that this is more or less a re-working of the Beef Teriyaki menu. If that's true, this entree is a HUGE improvement over the older one!
