For thousands of years, wisdom was considered one of the most important subjects a child could learn. The Greeks taught it through Aesop's Fables. The Hebrews taught it through Proverbs and wisdom literature. Children were trained to understand cause and effect, character, judgment, and the consequences of their choices. Today, we teach information. But information without wisdom can be a dangerous thing.
