MOSQUITO Repellent WHAT WORKS? Eucalyptus vs Picaridin

There has been a lot of interest in Eucalyptus and Picaridin as mosquito repellents. Eucalyptus is safe as is Picaridin, however, Eucalyptus can cause dermatitis as well as eye irritation. Use caution with any mosquito repellent and use sparingly as needed. One must weigh the benefit vs the risk when trekking in highly endemic areas of mosquito borne pathogens. West Nile, Zika, Dengue and other encephalitis illnesses can debilitate and cause havoc. It makes good common sense to use repellents that are safe and effective. MORE BELOW...
