This is the pleading of Mr. Mahmoud El Badawy, Attorney at Law at the Court of Cassation and the Supreme Constitutional Court, before the Court of Cassation, session of December 2, 2025, Criminal Circuit (A), in which a ruling was issued overturning the judgment issued by the Cairo Criminal Court, 13th North Circuit, on August 23, 2023, which sentenced the defendant Y.F.B.A. to death by hanging for the premeditated murder of the victim, A.A.A., using a knife, inflicting the injuries described in the autopsy report, which led to his death. We handled the defense in this case only before the Court of Cassation. The argument presented by Mr. Mahmoud El-Badawy, Attorney at Law, explaining the grounds upon which he based his appeal memorandum. By the grace of God Almighty, the court ruled to accept the appeal in form and, on the merits, to overturn the death sentence and instead sentence the defendant to life imprisonment. #ProudLawyer
