Nick gives a tour of this efficient custom powder system, recently installed for our customer in Washington. This system includes features such as a fully conveyorized parts transport system, a 3-stage parts washer, a combination dry-off/cure oven (each shares a single burner, temperature per side is controlled by a system of baffles), automatic powder booth with six automatic Gema powder guns with Gema reciprocators and controls including a color-change system and powder reclaim ability.
