Jalapeno Bacon Smoked Cream Cheese That Disappears in Minutes!

My most requested BBQ appetizer is here! This is my smoked cream cheese with a twist, and today thats the addition of smoked bacon and jalapeno! Imagine a smoked bacon jalapeno popper dip... This is literally one of the easiest and biggest crowd pleasing recipes there is for your parties and events! Now let's fire up the Traeger Ironwood XL and get down to the details! Super simple! Pre-heat your pellet grill to 225F. Prepare your cream cheese by scoring the surface, I like making a diamond pattern. Now season with your favorite bbq rub, I personally prefer the Sucklebusters Honey BBQ Rub (https://amzn.to/48TzxNT). Now I halve the jalapeno and place everything on the smoker including the bacon. At the 50min mark I remove the bacon and jalapeno and dice both of them and place in a frying pan. On medium heat get them to the point of where it just starts to sizzle and add one teaspoon of honey and stir well and remove from the heat.
