hai semua, hari ini aku kembali bikin cemilan lumpia basah isi rebung. Kebetulan kemarin aku dapat rebung dari desa jadi dibikin aja untuk isian lumpia. Karena bikin lumpia basah ini gampang banget, oke kita langsung saja tonton videonya ya, terima kasih 🙏☺️ Bahan kulit lumpia : 200 gram tepung terigu protein sedang 20 gram tepung tapioka 2 butir telur 1/2 sdt garam 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk rasa jamur 600 ml air Bahan isian rebung : 250 gram ayam tanpa tulang 250 gram wortel 500 gram rebung yang sudah direbus 2 butir telur 10 batang daun bawang 4 siung bawang putih 9 siung bawang merah 1/2 sdt merica bubuk 1 - 1,5 sdm saus tiram 1/2 sdm kecap asin 1/2 sdm kecap ikan Saus raja rasa secukupnya 1 + 1/4 sdt garam 3 - 4 sdm gula pasir 2 sdt kaldu bubuk rasa jamur 250 ml air kaldu ayam 100 ml air Bahan saus lumpia : 2 siung bawang putih digeprek 1 - 2 sdm saus cabe 2 - 3 sdm saus tomat 1/4 sdt garam 3 sdm gula aren 1 sdm gula pasir 1/2 sdm kecap manis 300 ml air 1 sdt tepung tapioka dilarutkan dengan air secukupnya Spring roll skin ingredients: 200 grams of medium protein wheat flour 20 grams tapioca flour 2 eggs 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp mushroom flavored stock powder 600 ml water Ingredients for bamboo shoot filling: 250 grams boneless chicken 250 grams of carrots 500 grams of boiled bamboo shoots 2 eggs 10 spring onions 4 cloves garlic 9 cloves of shallots 1/2 tsp ground pepper 1 - 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce 1/2 tbsp salty soy sauce 1/2 tbsp fish sauce Raja rasa sauce to taste 1 + 1/4 tsp salt 3 - 4 tablespoons granulated sugar 2 tsp mushroom flavored stock powder 250 ml chicken stock 100 ml water Spring roll sauce ingredients: 2 cloves of garlic crushed 1 - 2 tbsp chili sauce 2 - 3 tbsp tomato sauce 1/4 tsp salt 3 tbsp palm sugar 1 tbsp granulated sugar 1/2 tbsp sweet soy sauce 300 ml water 1 tsp tapioca flour dissolved in enough water #lumpiabasah #lumpiarebung #lumpiasemarang
