Champion Framed Yamaha 360 Flat tracker repairs part 2
In this video I fit the front axle to the front forks and wheel. This requires me to cut off part of the threaded portion of the axle and rethread and drill holes for the cotter pin. This is done in the Jet metal lathe, and the Bridgeport milling machine. Threading is done by hand using a die. I then do some plastic welding and remount the CDI box.
