Walking Southern Vancouver Island- Mt. Doug Lower Trails in Early Spring

Walking Southern Vancouver Island – Mt Doug Trails. Its early spring and the leaves are starting to show. It rained last night, but despite the occasional puddle, it is still a nice time to walk through some of the many trails that traverse Mount Douglas (Mt. Doug) Park in Saanich British Columbia. The Mt. Doug area is the crag and tail remnants of the last ice age, and is a beautiful example of Pacific Northwest coastal forest. Join me as I walk the southern trails in this park.
