She placed 5th in the 2002 Nationals when we did this work with her in terrific condition at 5'7" 160 pounds. At only 25 years of age she was unreal- with biceps measuring nearly 17" and 25" thighs. We also taped her at the 2002 US Championships (5th in her class there, also), and for both sessions she hit the shots in bikinis/dresses, and there is an interview. She was Heather Policky then, and she is one woman who did stick around to have a great career as an IFBB pro, placing very high in top shows during the 2000's as Heather Armbrust.
