The audio recordings on the cassette were processed in a recording studio to clean them and make them understandable. Two years later, using the technology available at the time, Miguel Ángel traveled to Pompeii and Cumae to find the images Salvatore referred to in his descriptive narrative. It seemed important to bring his perspective and reflections closer together, following the same order as the explanations in the audio. Two decades later, a group of young students from the Carlos III University and the Complutense University of Madrid created the audio and video documents, transcribed, translated, and subtitled the content of both recordings into Spanish and English, helping to recover this interesting contribution, this legacy of Salvatore Puledda.
