Hunter Pro's Best ENERGY STAR DC with Light 52 inch

Was touring manufactured homes at a local manufactured lot dealer and I came across the ceiling fan that acted weirdly. Once I saw how it operated, it became evident to me that this is a DC powered ceiling fan. Sometimes when I would start this fan, the blades would go back and forth sometimes for as long as a minute before it fully turns on. This is the first DC powered ceiling fan that I've not only filmed, but have also seen in person. I have seen many DC powered ceiling fans watching YouTube videos. Now if you pull the string from the off position, it doesn't matter how many poles you give it, it will start on the lowest speed. However, if you were on the high speed for example and you turn the ceiling fan off via the switch, it would turn back on at that high speed.
