Why Lucilla is a Better Investment Than Lucy

With the collab right around the corner many people are hyped for Cyberpunk. But me no no no, Im all in for the president Lucilla. Hiyuki is a great gameplay character who i find even more enjoyable than most Meta Ameath. Her best in slot is rumored to be Lucilla but Lucilla not only helps Hiyuki but even Phrolova who is one of my favorites in the Gacha Space and especially in a Wuthering waves. Hoping Kuro doesnt fumble Lucilla. Thank you!
