Eldorado Park | Have coloured communities been marginalised?
This morning we are broadcasting live from Eldorado Park in the south of Johannesburg. We are there to listen to the voices of the community about their lived experiences beyond coloured stereotypes. Eldorado Park has been in the headlines because of the killing of 16-year-old Nathaniel Julies, who was allegedly shot dead by police. However, we will focus on the visibility or lack thereof in coloured communities and get a sense of why many coloured communities feel socially and politically invisible and marginalised.
