Harry Pepl (midi-guitar), Herbert Joos (fluegelhorn), Jon Christensen (drums) recorded for ECM-label the album "Cracked Mirrors" (ECM Records – ECM 1356, ECM Records – 833 472-1) in 1987. Austrian Jazz guitar player Harry Pepl (1945 - 2005) was an early adopter of the new midi-guitar technology (Roland Midi Guitar System) that was used for the above mentioned recording and at this trio concert at Stadtgarten Köln, Germany 1989, together with german Flugelhorn player Herbert Joos (1940 - 2019) and norwegian drummer John Christensen (1943 - 2020)
