In today's fullbody LOW IMPACT strength and cardio, we will be utilizing supersets WITH NO JUMPING to maximize an intense 60 minutes of SWEAT. In each superset we will be bouncing back and forth between a dumbbell exercise and a bodyweight exercise. Working for 30 seconds per exercise without a break for rounds. Supersets are a great way to use a variety of heavy and lighter dumbbells. This totalbody workout is 60 minutes long, but it flies by one superset at time!! I have included a warm-up in today's video, so all you need to do is grab your dumbbells, water bottle and towel.
