In this video I am showing how I cook this delicious Gambian Domoda plus you will also see how i prepare findi to go with the Domoda. 🌾🌾FONIO GAMBIAN FINDI🌾🌾 Fonio (a grain, that in The Gambia is called Findi) contains a good amount of dietary fibre, protein, minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium, and vitamins such as folic acid and vitamin B3. Findi is also low in calories, fat and sodium. Findi is a much healthier alternative to white rice. However it is still very much delicious eaten with rice especially when you live outside of Gambia as findi is not commonly found.
