Narrow Doorways with Walker? Avoid this

Getting through narrow doorways with a walker can be very difficult. Most walkers are 24" wide or more. Some older homes and manufactured homes have 24" doorways which make it difficult to get through. Often times, advice is given to switch the wheels around on the walker so the wheels are on the inside. While this does help solve the problem of getting through narrow doorways, it also presents a new problem that many may not be aware of.
