Port Neches-Groves High School holds pep rally to send off football team to state semi-final game

Port Neches-Groves is holding a pep rally Friday to send off the team as they head to the semi-finals Friday night against the Liberty Hill Panthers. This is the second year in a row that the high school football team has made it to the semi finals hoping to get back to the State Championship game again.
