SCHIACCIATA DI ZUCCHINE : Croccante, leggera e facilissima da preparare! In questo video ti mostro come preparare una deliziosa schiacciata di zucchine, una ricetta semplice, economica e ricca di gusto. Perfetta come antipasto, aperitivo, secondo piatto o da gustare anche fredda, è ideale per tutta la famiglia in questa stagione estiva! Con pochi ingredienti e una preparazione veloce otterrai una schiacciata sottile, dorata e irresistibilmente croccante. INGREDIENTI: Zucchine 300 g Farina ‘00’ 180 g Acqua 300 ml Sale 5 g Olio Extra Vergine 20 g Rosmarino q.b. Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 250 C per i primo 20 minuti in basso, dopo a 200 C per 30 minuti in centro.
