Trainz Reskinning Basics

I'll be covering some of the basics of reskinning loco's and rolling stock for Trainz A New Era. The techniques covered will be explained using Photoshop but will also apply to software like GIMP and Paint.net. This tutorial will last about an hour and I'll do a Q&A at the end.
