CARA MEMBUAT KEMBANG GOYANG RENYAH

RESEP 100 gram tepung beras 25 gram tepung terigu 25 gram tepung tapioka 35 gram gula pasir di blender 1/4 sdt garam 1 butir telur 180 gram santan (dari 65 ml santan instant+air) ~ aku timbang ya cara membuat: 1. campur semua bahan, saring 2. panaskan minyak+cetakan 3. celupkan cetakan ke adonan tapi jangan sampai tertutup semuanya atau adonan tidak bisa lepas nantinya 4. celupkan ke minyak panas sambil di goyang agar lepas dari cetakan (api sedang cenderung kecil) 5. goreng sampai matang 6. tiriskan di atas tissue paper 7. simpan di wadah kedap udara RECIPE 100 grams rice flour 25 grams flour (cake flour or all purpose flour) 25 grams tapioca starch 35 grams caster sugar or granulated sugar (blender into powdery form) 1/4 tsp salt 1 egg 180 grams coconut milk (made from 65 ml instant coconut milk and water) how to: 1. mix all ingredients, strain 2. heat the oil and mold 3. dip the mold into batter BUT dont let it cover all or it will stuck in the mold and hard to release 4. dip into oil and slowly shake it to release it 5. deep fry and keep repeat the same process to all (low heat) 6. put on tissue paper to help reduce the oil exces 7. storage in airtight container credit Music: http://www.bensound.com/royalty-free-...
