Apprendre à lancer, égalité fille/garçon

I've always loved throwing and catching balls and objects. On the beach, for example, I play catch, Frisbee, or any other ball... It brings me joy. I run around; I'm a real puppy! The expression "throw like a girl" has always made me very uncomfortable. I found it unfair. I don't remember when or how I learned to throw (as a child, I lived in the USA. We played baseball and American football at a very young age), but I remember thinking very hard, upset: "I don't throw like a girl!" Without realizing the absurdity of using this expression. Now that I understand where this expression comes from and the misogynistic and unequal implications behind it, I think about it during the motor skills sessions I offer my classes. Learning to throw is part of the preschool curriculum. I love regularly offering throwing workshops to my students, and as varied as possible. Throughout the year, not at a specific time. I want them to have the opportunity to practice, refine their skills, learn techniques, and experience the joy of aiming and hitting a target. To throw objects of all kinds hard, close, far, and accurately. *** My channel shares my vision of education. One goal for everyone, teachers and students alike: to enjoy school! I have been a primary school teacher since 2004 and am the mother of three children. My videos reflect my positive and empathetic teaching approach and what I offer in the classroom. I address children, their parents, primary school teachers, and anyone who wants to keep preschoolers entertained. These are meaningful activities that are easy to implement in the classroom or at home. Children learn while having fun and are active participants in their own learning. I explain to adults how I work with children, the objectives, the skills involved, and what results can be expected. Key words: autonomy, learning, kindness, empathy, communication, work, play, sharing, cooperation, and adapting to each child's abilities.
