It’s not just about the deals though… it’s the discipline behind it. 4:30am starts, sticking to my miracle morning routine, getting to the gym, creating content, and staying consistent even when no one sees what goes on in the background. There’s no overnight success here — just showing up, learning something new about property every single day, and keeping the energy high regardless of what the week throws at you.
