QGIS - Georeferenziare una mappa (senza punti noti)

In this video, I take a raster map, which isn't georeferenced, and use QGIS to provide it with position information. I don't have points with known coordinates, so I rely on accessible online maps (Google, Bing, OSM, etc.) to search for similar points I see in the data being processed and in the reference map. I use the QuickMapServices plugin to leverage Google's database as a reference for coordinates: https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/quic... And then I use the "Raster Georeferencer" to manage the transformation, which can be a simple translation, a rototranslation with or without a scale factor, or transformations with deformation. https://docs.qgis.org/3.40/en/docs/us... In the second part of the video, I delve a little deeper into how the georeferencing tool works, analyzing residual errors, the various types of transformations, and the methods for resampling the transformed image. This video is part of the "QGIS in Action" project, conducted in close collaboration with @GterGeomatica. I host the project and try to showcase their extensive QGIS expertise, which they generously shared.
