Kaoru Asahara is the 2025 New England Juvenile Champion, the 2025–26 New England Intermediate Champion, and recipient of the Skating Club of Boston’s Polly Kline Cup (2024) and Tufts Bowl (2025). Nine years later, coming full circle, Kaoru served as a sweeper at the 2025 World Championships.
