Lau Sau - slipping hand
Lau-Sau - Slipping Hand Lau-Sau is a circular movement that enables practitioners to quickly move their hand from inside an opponent’s arm to the outside, and vice versa. Contact is temporarily broken in the transition, however. It is therefore performed when the opponent’s arm is either not within striking range, or is not applying forward pressure. Lau-Sau can also be used as a transitional move in Chi-Sau, again when the opponent’s energy is not going forward. #wingchun #chisau #kungfu #martialarts #siulimtao #mindfulness #vingtsun #twc #selfdefence #selfdefense #mma #bjj #personalgrowth #boxing #BruceLee #womenselfdefense #selfdefenseclass
