Navigating with our Drascombe Coaster Juliette to de Dutch Frisian Isles . We had a bit of bad luck with the weather. Lots of times we had narrow slots to escape high winds. Often 5 - 6Bft. Too much for us. Not the boat. We are sailing shallow lakes and tidal waters. Therefore waves tend to be steep and hollow. Sometimes we had to cover 25 miles in 5 hours to avoid upcomig storms. Nonetheless we had a ton of fun. Maybe because of the adventurous chalenges. Almost four weeks on a Drascombe! (one day in a hotel) Enjoy our coverage in dutch. Music via Pixabay.
