In this video, I take on the challenge of transforming myself into SpongeBob SquarePants using a fully handmade SFX build. From constructing the head structure to sculpting details and finally applying the makeup, this process required patience, creativity, and a lot of trial and error. Materials used: – Cardboard (base structure) – Foam clay (texture & shaping) – Cotton wool (surface build-up) – Polymer plastic (teeth & eyeballs) – Acrylic paint (white) – Water-based paints (yellow, blue, black) – Bruise wheel (for pore definition) – Handmade cardboard lashes This is more than makeup, it’s a full character creation process.
