While it was officially stated Costello avoided deportation because of a legal technicality, Russo claimed the Chicago mob had proof of J. Edgar Hoover's homosexual affairs. Therefore, the American government decided not to follow through with deporting Costello in order to prevent embarrassment. Russo also revealed that Frank Sinatra, who was being pressured by the FBI for being labeled a communist, offered to cooperate with J. Edgar Hoover without knowing Hoover was answering to Costello. Russo said a meeting was called in Chicago, where Sinatra was smacked and degraded. He added that Sinatra sang for so long because he was told that worked exclusively for the mob and would be killed if he stopped. Later in the clip, Russo explained the mob's connection to Howard Hughes. He claimed that Hughes had people from the CIA working for him and believes they killed him over time with heroin. Russo continued by describing how the FBI and CIA infiltrated the mob's Vegas casinos and the mob's connections to four different presidents.
