Recently, I set out to explore the breathtaking beauty of Lake Bogoria and Lake Baringo, two of Kenya's most remarkable natural treasures hidden within the embrace of the Rift Valley. Lake Baringo offered its own unique charm, calm and inviting, completing an experience that felt both refreshing and deeply nostalgic. As I looked across the waters and the vast surrounding landscapes, I found myself appreciating the simple privilege of being present, of witnessing creation in its purest form. This trip was more than just visiting two lakes. It was a reminder to slow down, embrace the journey, and find wonder in places that quietly wait to be discovered.
