Abhixit Singh is an Advocate advising and litigating in corporate and commercial laws. Having completed his law from Delhi University in 2002, he has been a part of many precedent-setting cases. In 2004, Abhixit was nominated as the ‘Young Lawyer Representative’ for India by the International Bar Association. He was associated with a leading Indian law firm until 2013 when he co-founded ASP Advocates. Abhixit has been enlisted as Top Lawyer in India in Forbes Legal Powerlist 2020. Besides advising multinational corporations and litigating on complex cross border transactions, he takes up pro-bono cases for various social causes particularly those impacting public health and safety.
