Do small, dream big: Prof. Jitamitra Desai at Pragya 2026

At Pragya 2026, IIM Bangalore’s annual evening of invited lectures for the graduating PGP and PGPBA cohorts, Prof. Jitamitra Desai from the Decision Sciences area shared reflections on the Four Burner Theory of life. With family, friends, health and work as the theory’s four core tenets, Prof. Desai spoke of the inevitable trade-offs that shape success, and the importance of consciously reprioritising what matters throughout different phases of life.
