Salum - Vidanta - Food Guide | Food Fun Finance

Thank you for tuning in as we continue our journey around the Riviera Maya of Mexico. On this trip, we were able to explore and try many new places for some awesome meals. We hope you all stay tuned for the amazing meals and views we were able to catch on this amazing trip. Salum is located on the Caribbean shore at Vidanta Riviera Maya. Salum resembles a bohemian village situated in the middle of the resort. You can explore the intoxicating allure of Mexico by browsing artisan goods, tasting beloved regional street foods, enjoying live music and entertainment, or dining on gourmet delicacies. The atmosphere at night is very lively and often packed. This is definitely a great hang-out spot to just chill and relax and grab drinks right on the beach. They have 4 main restaurants: Volando Ando Wings & Things, Robayaki Grill & Sushi, Waves n Tacos Autentica Taqueria, and Huama Cerveceria. There are other places where you can grab desserts and even shopping. On this visit, we tried Volando Ando Wings and Things. They had really great BBQ options, which was surprising. The meat was falling off the bone because it was so tender. The food here was ok and reminds you of bar food. The customer service was ok. They are really busy so you will need some patience if you go during peak times. Overall it was a nice experience because of the variety and so many different options to try.
