SANDF deploys more defence force personnel
Defence and Military Veterans Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula says the state will stamp its authority to restore law and order in KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng. Mapisa-Nqakula has announced that the deployment of defence force personnel is set to increase from 2500 up to 25 000. The Minister briefed a special meeting of the Joint Committee of Defence and Military Veterans. Bulelani Phillip reports.
