Motorstorm Pacific Rift - PS3 classic - recorded on Playstation 3

First race starts at 1:19 Motorstorm Pacific Rift - PS3 classic - recorded on PlayStation 3 - this is not done with an emulator. What's crazy is that I bought a video capture "dongle" off Amazon - HDMI cable (from the PS3) goes in one end, then you plug the dongle into your pc via the usb port on the back of your pc. Since I have OBS installed, I just open OBS, then for video source I select the "usb" option, and it's running - it's that easy. Just make sure that you have your PlayStation audio coming via HDMI other wise there won't be any sound when you turn on the PlayStation 3. THEN, to record gameplay, I just go to advanced audio properties and select "monitor audio" for the USB dongle, so that i can hear the game while I play it. THEN - i just right click on the game window in OBS and select "preview" and choose the monitor i want to view it on (if i don't want to just play it through OBS's screen - there's no delay that I can see). It requires no processing power on your pc's part, just make sure you can run OBS - and you can plug anything into this little dongle (which was $10 - Canadian) - PlayStation 2, 3, 4, 5 - if you can connect it via usb, your set - you can also (obviously) use it with other consoles - Xbox's, Nintendo everything, you name it. For $10 you can't lose. Just go on Amazon and search for "usb video capture" - you'll know it when you see it. You're limited to 1080p output, but honestly, it looks great to me! thank you for watching - sorry my content is all over the place - I've been going through a bit of a dark spell and gaming (and mashups) is pretty much the only thing that keeps me going.
